If you look at all the messages about what we can do as individuals to combat climate change it can be a bit daunting and a bit confusing. But one message stands out overall:
Live Simply.
Our lives have got overly complicated and our possessions excessive. It’s not doing us any good, and its really messing up the planet. But what does this mean. Here are a few things:
Spend less
Travel less
Fix and repair rather than buying new
Eat less, better and simpler with more fruit and veg.
